International Customers: We proudly serve customers worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Important: Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All Knickers & Thongs (including High Waisted Knickers)
  • Eye Masks
  • All Intimate Apparel

Please choose these items carefully, as we cannot make exceptions to this policy for hygiene reasons.

Step 2: Wait for Approval & Instructions
